§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREI am unable to say how soon it is likely that the High Commissioner for Palestine will be visiting this country. During the High Commissioner's absence, the government of Palestine is normally administered by the Chief Secretary, and I do not anticipate any departure from this procedure.
