§ Mr. R. S. HUDSON (for the First Commissioner of Works)My Noble Friend is not quite clear as to what further facilities it is suggested might be provided in the King's Park. The whole of the parade ground can at present be used for organised games every Wednesday and Saturday afternoons, and a certain area is reserved for the use of children every week-day during the football season. My Noble Friend will be glad to consider any proposals which the organisations care to put forward, but he suggests that the question of receiving a deputation might be deferred until he has had an opportunity of considering these proposals.
