Major HILLSasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the widespread dissatisfaction that exists in boroughs and urban districts by reason of the inequitable operation of Section 9 (2) (c) of the Rating and Valuation Act, 1925, he proposes to take any steps by legislation or otherwise to provide a remedy?
