§ Mr. W. S. MORRISONI am informed that the arbitration to which may hon. Friend refers has been adjourned pending the decision of the Courts on a case stated by the learned arbitrator. I cannot therefore say, pending the result of the case stated, when the arbitrator's award will be given, but I understand it is hoped that the case will be heard in the Courts at an early date.
