§ Mr. ELLIOTI hope shortly to be able to place on deposit draft Orders constituting two separate drainage districts and drainage boards in North-East Lincolnshire, covering the areas at present rated by the Louth and Alford Courts of Sewers, and part of the area rated by the Grimsby Court of Sewers, including the Louth Canal.
