HC Deb 21 May 1936 vol 312 c1384W
Lieut.-Colonel MOORE

asked the Minister of Health when a decision will be given by him under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1932, and the Town and Country Planning (General Interim Development) Order, 1933, in respect of the appeal of Mr. F. E. Bluff as to property in Beavor Lane, Hammersmith, heard on 6th February, 1936, and in the case of an appeal by the trustees of Charles Pascall, deceased, as to property in Hammersmith Bridge Road and Salem Place, Hammersmith, heard on 22nd April, 1936?

Sir K. WOOD

A decision on the Hammersmith Bridge Road and Salem Place appeal has been given. A local inquiry has been held into the Beavor Lane appeal, but consideration was adjourned at the wish of the appellant to allow negotiations with the London County Council. Decision has now been requested, and I am awaiting the County Council's comments on the appellant's final observations. I hope to issue a decision very shortly.
