Mr. STANLEYI am sending my hon. Friend a copy of the recently published report of the Inter-departmental committee on Road Safety among School Children. Copies of this report have been distributed to all public elementary schools, and I am confident that the recommendations made in it will receive the earnest consideration of all school authorities and teachers.
