§ The PRIME MINISTERThe Soviet Ambassador in London informed my right hon. Friend on 28th April that his Government were ready to co-operate in the negotiation of an Anglo-Soviet naval agreement in accordance with the suggestion which had previously been made by His Majesty's Government.
