§ Mr. SHAKESPEAREMy right hon. Friend cannot admit that the position of women under National Health Insurance compares unfavourably with that of men, and he is not aware that there is any widespread criticism of the relative positions of men and women under the scheme. He does not, therefore, see any necessity for the appointment of a committee as suggested by my hon. Friend.
