Miss RATHBONEasked the Minister of Labour whether the Government proposes to introduce legislation, similar to that introduced during the last Parliament, in order to ratify the convention on night work for women?
§ Lieut.-Colonel MUIRHEADI would refer the hon. Member to the Hours of Employment (Conventions) Bill which makes provision for the enforcement of the Convention concerning the night work 637W of women as revised in 1934. This Bill was reported from another place to this House on 18th February.
