BROWNasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to the decision of a coroner's jury in Nottingham in bringing a verdict of guilty against Nurse Waddingham; if he is aware that she was afterwards tried before a jury composed of persons from the same area at the recent Nottingham assize; and, in view of these facts, can he state whether the. Government intend to take any action in connection with the recent report of the departmental committee on coroners?
