HC Deb 04 March 1936 vol 309 cc1406-7W
Mr. MARCUS SAMUEL

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, whilst the necessary work is in progress to reopen the mouth of the harbour at Lossiemouth, steps will be taken to increase the width and depth of the bar?

Sir G. COLLINS

The suggestion of my hon. Friend is one primarily for consideration by the owners of the harbour who are, I understand, awaiting a report from their engineer.
