§ Mr. KELLYasked the Minister of Labour whether the youths who were engaged on the work of window-cleaning at the head offices of the Unemployment Assistance Board, Thames House, were placed in that employment by his department; was the danger of the work understood when these boys were placed; were these boys informed of the rate of wages to be paid for this work; and will he see that men are in future sent to such work?
