§ Mr. ROWSONasked the Minister of Health whether he will set up a committee of inquiry consisting of an equal number of medical and lay men, to inquire into the efficacy of the Fingard inhalation treatment for diseases of the respiratory organs, such as the common cold, bronchial catarrh, nasal catarrh, bronchitis, asthma, and tuberculosis?
