§ Sir W. ALLENasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that it is admitted that Rule of Procedure 21 (B) is still operative and that Lieut.-Colonel H. R. Sandford was dismissed the service by the finding of a general court martial, which included three officers junior in rank to himself; and, if so, will he take the necessary steps to have this sentence quashed?
