§ Mr. GROVESasked the Minister of Health whether the regulations regarding vaccination which formerly applied to children in homes controlled by boards of guardians whereby, in the case of children whose parents were still living permission to vaccinate was obtained before that operation was performed, are being still applied in homes under the control of public assistance committees?
§ Sir K. WOODThe rules referred to apply to institutions controlled by public assistance authorities in the same way as they formerly applied to institutions controlled by boards of guardians.
