§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAThe total estimated cost of schemes in the Five Year Programme submitted by the Staffordshire County Council is £3,165,000. The total estimated cost of schemes approved for commencement in the first year was £122,300, the Road Fund contribution being £80,100. In addition, further schemes, estimated to cost approximately £775,000 have since been approved in principle for grants amounting to £534,000.
