Mr. CHAMBERLAINYes, Sir. I now understand that hon. Members regard the inconvenience of finding no indication of the subject matter of an Order in the notice of the relevant Resolution as more substantial than the risk of being misled by an incomplete indication. To meet their views I have arranged that there should be added in brackets and in italics at the end of each notice a brief indication of the subject-matter of the Order.
