For statistical purposes persons employed in the tin mining industry are included in the industrial group "Lead, tin and copper mining." The number of insured persons, aged 14-64, in this group recorded as unemployed in Great Britain was 1,106 at 21st October, 1935, and 756 at 23rd October, 1936.
