THE MARQUESS OF DUFFERIN AND AVAThe preparation of this Bill is proceeding as rapidly as circumstances permit, but His Majesty's Government regret that it will not now prove possible to introduce it before Christmas. They hope, however, to introduce it immediately after the Recess.
