HL Deb 09 December 1936 vol 103 c724WA
THE EARL OF LISTOWEL

asked His Majesty's Government whether they have yet decided when they will introduce the Factories Bill mentioned in the gracious Speech from the Throne and guaranteed by a previous pledge in this House.

THE MARQUESS OF DUFFERIN AND AVA

The preparation of this Bill is proceeding as rapidly as circumstances permit, but His Majesty's Government regret that it will not now prove possible to introduce it before Christmas. They hope, however, to introduce it immediately after the Recess.

House adjourned at twenty minutes before six o'clock.
