§ Mr. LLOYDThe Central Association have no funds to pay the fares of persons who wish to visit convicts at Parkhurst or Dartmoor. At Parkhurst 136 convicts out of 399 and at Dartmoor 98 out of 285 have not been visited by friends or relatives for a period exceeding two years.
