§ Mr. SHAKESPEAREYes, Sir. My right hon. Friend received recently a deputation from the council and discussed with them their memorandum. My right hon. Friend hopes that the council will be able to continue and develop the useful work they are doing and he is keeping in touch with them on the matter.
