HC Deb 21 May 1935 vol 302 cc948-9W
Lieut.-Colonel MASON

asked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that the four lodges at the junction of Regent's Park with Park Crescent constitute four dangerously blind corners; and will he take steps to have them removed

Mr. HORE-BELISHA

In order to improve the traffic conditions at the junction referred to by my hon. and gallant Friend, I have made a grant to the St. Marylebone Metropolitan Borough Council for the erection of light signals. These will be provided at an early date, and should minimise any risks of accidents at the junction. I have, of course, no jurisdiction with regard to the lodges in question.
