Captain CROOKSHANKThe exporters have exercised the rights conferred on them by Section 5 of the Coal Mines Act, 1930, and have lodged complaints with the District Committee of Investigation. That committee has made progress in its inquiry into the matter, and is holding a further meeting to-day.
