COLLINSThe company referred to is in process of being wound up by order of the Court of Session, and accordingly its affairs are now in the1134W hands of the liquidator appointed by the court. The liquidator is not under my jurisdiction, and information on the points mentioned in the first three parts of the question is not available. As regards the last part of the question, in the present circumstances the matter is not one calling for inquiry on my part.
