§ Captain ERSKINE-BOLSTasked the President of the Board of Trade whether the Government are considering the question of a permanent trade agreement with the Soviet Government, in view of the fact that as long as the so-called temporary trade agreement is in operation the Soviet Government will not be likely to make any constructive suggestion as to the repayment of debts due to British nationals?
