Mr. DAVID ADAMS
asked the Minister of Health, whether, with a view to diminishing the atmospheric pollution of London, he has taken into consideration the desirability of using smokeless fuel in the various departments and offices 2142W under his control and the recommendation of similar action to other Government departments and offices?
§ Mr. ORMSBY-GORE
I have been asked to reply. The desirability of using smokeless fuel in Government Offices is frequently under consideration. Such fuel is used whenever local circumstances make it possible without an unreasonable increase of cost.
