Lord STANLEYThe number of employés at Chatham has been increased during the past few months on account of temporary pressure of work. The number to be borne in the future will depend on the amount of work to be done at Chatham Dockyard. Endeavours are always made to keep the number of employés in all the Dockyards as stable as possible.
