§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAThe answer to the first part of the question is 229. Pending the final total being struck, the best interim answer which I can give the hon. Gentleman is that I have already approved schemes to be put in hand during the current financial year at a cost of over £9,000,000. This compares with a figure for the corresponding period last year of £4,000,000.
