§ Mr. HUTCHISONasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury which theatres hitherto paying Entertainments Duty have made application to the Treasury during the past 12 months for exemption from tax on the grounds that they provide entertainment of a semi-educational nature and that by an alteration of their articles of association they can provide that they are not conducted or established for profit.?
