§ Mr. RUNCIMANA survey of industrial development is being prepared in respect of the year 1934 as a whole which will include particulars of the number of new factories opened during the year, the industries concerned and the localities in which the factories are situated. Precise information for any other period is not available, but my hon. Friend may rest assured that some of the new factories are being established in Lancashire.
