§ Sir J. SIMONThe draft international agreement for the use of broadcasting in the cause of peace was sent to His Majesty's Government for observations in the early part of this year by the Secretary-General of the League of Nations. His Majesty's Government examined the draft and proposed certain Amendments, which were communicated to the Secretary-General in August last.
