GILMOURYes, Sir; I have obtained a report from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis who informs me that an anti-Fascist rally and demonstration, convened by the London district party committee of the Communist party of Great Britain, was held in Hyde Park on the 17th instant. There was no disorder at any time and no arrests were made. The answer to the last part of the question is in the affirmative.
