§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAI understand from a newspaper report that last week the company were convicted of an offence under Section 19 of the Road Traffic Act, 1930, and were fined £10. I regret that I cannot give the number of previous convictions under the Act, but I am informed that this was the company's first conviction under Section 19.
