§ Mr. ELLIOTThe conditions under which manufacturers of milk products may claim rebates from the regional prices in respect of milk purchased for manufacturing purposes are set out in the current form of contract prescribed by the Milk Marketing Board. Any manufacturer who can comply with these conditions is entitled to the appropriate rebates.
