§ Mr. ELLIOTThe late tenancy of the Spittalhill Farm, Fintry, ceased as to arable land at Martinmas, 1933, and as to buildings and grass land at Whitsunday, 1934, and the new tenant took over from the same dates. The difference between the total sum paid to the outgoing tenant for the acclimatisation value of the regular sheep stock on the holding and the sum recovered from the incoming tenant was approximately £2,560.
