§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAThe meaning of the amber light in traffic signals is given in paragraph 28 of the Traffic Signs Regulations, of which I am sending my hon. Friend a copy. I intend to include in the Highway Code, which is at present under revision, a statement as to the significance of the lights shown by traffic signals.
