§ Mr. ELLIOTIn reply to the first part of the question, the pool price for milk must depend partly on the national milk output, partly on the volume of liquid milk consumption and partly on what is the cheese milk price during the next two years. I regret that I cannot therefore give the figure desired. In reply to the second part of the question, I am unable to say whether the pool price will be increased or decreased by the provisions of Clause 11 of the Bill.
