JOHNSTONEasked the Minister of Labour if he is aware that superintendants and attendants at baths and welfare grounds erected under the Miners' Welfare Fund do not come within the scope of the present Unemployment Insurance Acts; and whether, in view of the close alliance between these institutions and the mining industry he will take steps to ensure that these workers will be included in the scope of the present Unemployment Bill?
