§ Sir J. GILMOURDiscussions on the general question of Civil Service remuneration are at present in progress between the parties to the existing Stabilisation Agreement. Any representations on the subject which the Broad-moor Asylum Attendants' Representative Board may desire to make to me on behalf of their members will receive full consideration.
