§ Mr. E. BROWNThe question of payment of royalties or fees is a commercial matter between Imperial Chemical Industries, Limited, and their partners in International Hydrogenation Patents, Limited. I do not consider that I should be justified in asking Imperial Chemical Industries to disclose information of this character.
