§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERA draft Workmen's Compensation Bill was under consideration in Kenya in 1931. I subsequently communicated to the Governor a simple model Ordinance, framed in the light of correspondence with other Colonial Governments in Africa, and invited his observations, which I am now awaiting.
