§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAI am not aware of the particular transactions referred to in the first part of the question. As regards the second part, the question of liability to Entertainments Duty depends on the particular circumstances of individual transactions, and if the hon. Member will let me have details of the cases he has in mind inquiry will be made into the matter.
