WOODAs I have to-day informed my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Dover (Major Astor), as from 10th April the present 1 lb. scale will be replaced by a ½ lb. scale, and the rates1006W will in consequence be 2s. 3d. a ½ lb. to the Sudan, 3s. a ½ lb. to India and East Africa, and 3s. 6d. a ½ lb. to the Rhodesias and South Africa.
