§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI have no official information as to the action taken by the Government of Palestine2980W in this matter, but I will make inquiry of the High Commissioner. The second part of the question is not clearly understood: but I feel sure that the right hon. and Gallant Member would not wish to suggest the possibility of partiality in the judiciary of Palestine.
