HC Deb 20 July 1933 vol 46 cc157-8W
Dr. Roger Thomas

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will publish the report now available to him by the accountants Binder-Hamlyn on the feasibility of cash limiting primary medical care rather than financing the demands as at present;

(2) whether the Binder-Hamlyn report states which socio-economic groups would be most affected by a cash limited primary medical care service.

Mr. Kenneth Clarke

I have not yet received the report by Binder-Hamlyn of its study of the arrangements for forecasting and control of expenditure on the family practitioner services.
