The classes enlisted for the units about to be Indianised include Hindustani Musalmans, Musalman Rajputs, Rajputs, Jats, Punjabi Musalmans, Sikhs, Dogras, Gujars and Pathans. These classes are enlisted mainly from, the Punjab, the United Provinces, Rajputana and the North-West Frontier Province.
