asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can make a statement as to the recent negotiations that have taken place with the Dutch Government with a view to restrict-

(3) the approximate value for 1930 and 1931 of barley consumed on the farms in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, where grown, and the value of the barley sold off farms?
