§ Mr. GROVESasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been drawn to the fact that children in the Stifford and Grays children's homes have been Schick-tested and inoculated against diphtheria.; whether the consent of the parents of such children as have parents has been obtained; and, if not, will he give instructions that no child is to receive this treatment without the previous consent of its parents?
