§ Mr. EDENThe Legations of Chile, Czechoslovakia, Finland, Norway and Poland are at Shanghai. According to the latest information at my disposal, the remainder are at Peking, but the Cuban Minister resides in Shanghai, as do the Japanese and Italian representatives who are concurrently consuls-general there.
